Personal Affirmation
“Let this be a solemn vow between myself and the Most High. Let this be a holy covenant, an everlasting creed, and a navigational compass for the man I am to be.
I am a humble servant of the Lord Jesus Christ — forgiven, free, and reborn by His Spirit. All I have is from above, and each day, no matter the circumstances, I praise God with joy. I fight daily in the war against pride and sin, declaring victory through Christ, whose crucifixion and resurrection (whether literal or metaphorical) grant eternal life and forgiveness to all who believe.
Above everything, I seek God’s Kingdom of Righteousness, loving God with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength, striving to love as Christ loves — my neighbors, my enemies, and all peoples. To me, that means no matter your appearance, background, beliefs, identity, past, or walk of life — I see you through the love of Christ.
Adonai, let me be a perfect reflection of Your Peace, Love, Truth, Grace, and Joy. May Your Light protect me and transform me, shining brightly for all to see. Lord, use me as salt and light to advance Your Holy Kingdom. May our words and deeds be fountains of living water that revitalize creation. Yahweh, translate me into an angel of Your Will, and as Your Heavenly Host surrounds us, may we sing victorious songs of freedom, joy, mercy, and forgiveness with Your Holy Angels — living always in the fear of the Lord.
